We're looking for a Social Media Manager to grow our community in social media, engage and retain our customers and followers, and most importantly – help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of Upper Local.

Who we are looking for
  • You place customer experience at the top of your mission
  • You have experience running community partnerships and ambassador programs
  • You are well experienced with running social media a good understanding of all the relevant tools, KPIs and processes
  • You have experience running influencer / ambassador programs
  • You thrive on day-to-day interactions with users, problem solving and bringing their feedback constructively into the company
  • You constantly demonstrate creativity and are always coming up with new ideas
What you'll do
  • Growing and developing the Upper Local community by building partnerships and relationships with relevant creative communities
  • Position Upper Local as a leader and contributor in the industry
  • Managing our day-to-day activity across various social channels and review platforms, through engaging conversations, inventive content and a sense of delight
  • Developing and managing our customer support channels (live chat, email...)
  • Creating a sense of wow in every customer interaction
  • Curating and highlighting the best Pitch ambassadors and their creations
Customer Support Assistant
Sydney / Remote

We're looking for a Customer Support Assistant to support our growing team and amazing customers.

Who we are looking for
  • You place customer experience at the top of your mission
  • You have experience providing customer support, preferably in the tech sector or SEO.
  • Experience with Hubspot a strong preference, but not essential
  • You thrive on day-to-day interactions with users, problem solving and bringing their feedback constructively into the company
  • You constantly demonstrate creativity and are always coming up with new ideas
What you'll do
  • Provide support to our awesome customer via email, phone, live chat and ticketing system (Hubspot)
  • Lead all your interactions with the customer in mind
  • Hands on support via screenshare with customers
  • Developing and managing our customer support channels (live chat, email...)
  • Creating a sense of wow in every customer interaction
